-
- Probably because the path in the script is no longer valid or the file
- that Scala is requesting no longer exists in the directory or the name
- of the file has been changed.
-
- Make a copy of the script and run it through the "FixScript" utility. See
- if that works.

-
- Check to see how much Chip RAM you have left, after loading MM. Go to the
- "System" menu and check the amount of free Chip RAM in the "System
- Information" window. In a standard AmigaDOS 3.0 or 3.1 installation, you
- should have approximately 1.8 MB free.
-
- If you have less than 1 MB free, then you need to shutdown or minimize
- apps, commodities or other utilities, in order to free up more Chip RAM.
- Programs like "Magic User Interface" and "Magic Workbench" are
- especially Chip RAM demanding.
-
- Make sure that you have the PAL or NTSC monitor type installed in the
- Devs/Monitors drawer.
-
- Also check to see which version of SetPatch you are using. If you have
- AmigaDOS 3.0, it should be V39.6. If you have AmigaDOS 3.1, it should
- be V40.16. A combination of KickStart 3.0 and AmigaDOS 3.1 is very
- unstable in general and usually fatal when used with our software. Either
- upgrade the Kickstart to 3.1 or downgrade the OS to 3.0.
-
- To save Chip RAM from within MM, turn *OFF* the Scala Shuffler (including
- the File Shuffler) and Turn *ON* "Close Workbench" and "Close ScalaMenus".
-
- Hope this helps.
